Missing UPS parcel to FBA
Hi All
Has anyone had any issues with UPS recently? I had a parcel for UK FBA wharehouse picked up last Friday, 29th of Jan.
Tracking has not updated since arriving at Tamworth on the evening of the 29th. It appears lost as it was due to be delivered by Tuesday.
Has you made a claim with Amazon being the customer of UPS, as I bought shipping through Amz.
Any thoughts? Thanks a lot

this is happening quite a lot at the moment - it doesn’t necessarily mean its lost - more likely it just hasn’t been booked into amazon yet as they are too busy to accept it

As above some FC’s are seeing big delays so it is not unusual for some to take a couple of weeks to be booked in. The one I seem to be having the big issue with at the moment is EUKD. You will need to wait until the date the shipment can be reconciled and then if it has not been delivered / cannot be found Amazon should reimburse.

Would not worry about it my last 4 shipments have gone from In Transit to Receiving within minutes.

Hi yes, I am in the sam situation. No updates since the then 4th of FEB. UPS say it is lost but can not investigate as it is amazon’s UPS account. And amazon say it can take a while. The reconciliation button will not work till boxes are delivered. Any advice what can be done?

I had the same issue with UPS… Showed at Manchester for over two weeks. Contacted UPS and they said it was lost from 9th Feb… Then two days ago, it said delivered on 9th Feb. Not sure what’s going on. I did hear that there was a labelling issue with UPS.
I’ve also sent one via Royal Mail, same date… Signature here saying delivered (9th Feb)… Both packages are still saying ‘Shipped’ on Seller Central. No reconcile date shown as the items haven’t been received… Not sure what to do next other than wait. I’ve contacted Amazon Seller Support twice and they’ve basically asked me to be patient. Problem is, one of my best sellers (one of my shipments) is now out of stock so I’m losing money each day that they’ve not been processed.
