hello all, I registered our Amazon seller account professional in November 2024, registered our brand also, and launched our first 3 ASINs last January on Amazon, and the sales some less, and after I created the first shipment to FBA I received mail before 2 days informed me our account is deactivated, and I submitted an appeal with some documents before 48 hours and no any update yet, Amazon seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact on your account.
