I hope someone can help me take a look at this case
One of my product have been classified as children's toys, and I have uploaded files for Amazon's review. Therefore, I uploaded the CPC certificate and report of the products. It has been one months till onw , and the certificates and reports I submitted have not been reviewed yet. Do you have any good solutions?

Apparently the Compliance Team is overwhelmed with submissions. The only thing a CM can tell you (if one happens by) is that it's still under review. They can't expedite the process for you.
There are countless threads on this subject lately. You can't speed up the review process.
Our last review took 2 months. You're just in a long line like everyone else.
Whatever you do, don't continue to open new cases. Doing so seems to push you to the back of the line.
