HELP WITH APPEAL- "Provide the order ID after the issue was resolved"
I am trying to appeal to Amazon to reactivate seller fulfilled orders due to a policy violation.
The appeal seems to be a simple one, not being needed to actually write an appeal, rather just ticking a few boxes, agreeing to review Amazon policies and to agree to take steps to avoid further violiations.
But then they ask to “Provide the order ID after the issue was resolved”
What exactly is it that they want?
