I'm really looking for any help at all regarding our account. We have been going through the KYC process over a period of time and providing Amazon with all the documentation as they request it.
Last Monday, the account was suspended without any notification. The verification team are still requesting documents so it is still undergoing verification as far as we are aware but our selling privileges are gone and we are losing a significant amount of revenue by not being able to sell at all.
The impact this has on our small business is huge, and we are at risk of having to let go of staff if we remain without our selling privileges.
Please is anyone able to help us at all? I totally understand the need for KYC processes and am continuing to provide all the information and documents requested of me, but not being able to sell product in the meantime is extremely damaging.
