Lost Credit Card; Open Orders;

I lost my credit card 7 days ago. Called to my bank, blocked it and and ordered new card. I think I should get new card next week.
Today Amazon “have restricted access to Seller Central and other selling tools until your charge method has been updated”.
The problem is my open orders. I haven’t access to my orders and I can’t ship them. How can I solve this problem.

I am sorry, however as you know, one of the requirements of having a Seller Account on Amazon is a valid charge method on file.

Since you lost your credit card, you should have firstly replaced it with a different one before blocking it.

As soon as Amazon detects that you have an invalid charge method entered in your account, this will result in a restriction of your account.

The restriction will last until you update your account with a new card.
