Next day delivery

Has anyone else noticed that for the last few days 'Next day delivery' is showing as 2 working days rather than next day?

Orders are still coming through to be despatched the same day and to deliver the next day but the listing page says 2 days.

I thought it was just us.

We haven't got next day showing at all on our listings, just two day - despite all premium eligibility metrics being fine.

Yes, I have spoken to Seller Support about this, and they just say it all looks ok their end and to monitor it.

Absolutely not helpful - if we dont know why we cant fix it, and they dont understand that this causes us sellers to lose Buy Boxes unless we dramatically undercut the "Next Day" sellers - such as Amazon., which is often impossible.

Presume its a way to keep the Buy Boxes for themselves and the bigger sellers

Hey @Seller_d8YGbIjNqwFxn,

Is this still the case for you? If so, have you already opened a support case I can look into?

It's delivery padding, presumably you use Evri or Hermes? Look at the delivery times in the reports

We have the same issue, every 2-3 days we lose Next Day for about 4-5 days, the padding helps Evri meet the requirement by allowing them to deliver a day late, when they meet the 48 hours, it goes back to Next Day, and then is lost within 48 hours again.

Have you managed to resolve this I'm still having the same issues?

is it fixed for you now? Im the same, using next day, 0 handling time but Amazon shows 2 days for transit which makes us to loose sales.

Our Premium Delivery shows today the same delivery date as our standard option (e.g. 2nd Class) — which is completely ridiculous. It basically makes Premium meaningless.

Clearly the system is not calculating delivery promises properly at the moment.Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this at the moment.

We’re fully eligible for Premium Delivery and all metrics are fine, but 1-day delivery is showing one day later than expected, even though it’s still before the cutoff time.

Orders are still coming through to be despatched the same day and to deliver the next day, but the listing page says 2 days as well

Nothing has changed on our side, and this started suddenly a last week across all listings.
