Change to fulfilled by merchant

my inventory currently fulfilled by amazon is now sold out and i want to convert to merchant changed several times and still showing out of stock and Fulfilled by amazon any ideas?

 Go to manage inventory &gt; drop down option on the listing &gt; select add another condition &gt; enter details as requested and at the bottom select 'I will ship this item myself &gt; save and wait 10mins for the listing to activate.
