Our Logistics company has informed us "Amazon Fulfilment Centres in Doncaster (LBA2 and LBA4) are at capacity and unable to accept any more bookings. "

So our logistics company has suspended deliveries to the above 2 locations and unfortunately, every time I try to create a shipment, I am getting LBA4.

Is anyone else facing any similar issues?

Is anyone having delivery issues at LBA4? We have 2 pallets which went in with UPS partnered carrier and were scheduled for delivery on the 25th March still not showing as delivered.

I've raised a case about this and am getting nowhere. We've had subsequent pallets arrive into LBA4 in very good time and now checked into inventory, but there's no movement on this at all. Any suggestions?

I sent a parcel over two weeks ago using UPS, it took a few days before Amazon accepted it at the fulfilment centre, but it was delivered on 4th July. On all the pages it says that small parcels are usually checked in within 4 days. It is now 10 days and still not checked in or receiving. Is this normal for Doncaster? I opened a case and was given the standard “we can’t expedite”, but it would be good to have some information about how long it is taking at LBA4 currently.
