Help me understand PPC
I set up a PPC advertising last month, got a couple of sales and left it alone. Log on today to discover its no longer running and I have this error
“Your Sponsored Products ads are not eligible to show because your current Sell On Amazon subscription is an Individual Selling account. Please upgrade to a Professional Selling account to qualify for Sponsored Products.”
Now, I was paying Pro seller for a while but ended that, and this particular campaign was/is for a handmade product that I sell under “handmade” account
Am I missing something, I had assumed PPC advertising worked with Handmade accounts?

You need to be buy box eligible to run PPC campaigns and individual plan means no buy box unfortunately
I was under the impression if you were soley handmade, you had to be on the professional plan but it was free
