Read onlyI haven't received payment for three months. I have more than 14 thousand pounds in my balance. There has been a situation that has strained our workflow. I need to reach an official who can save us from this impasse. I kindly ask you to help me resolve this situation. There are no warnings etc. My bank details are also up to date.
This is a duplicate thread of your earlier one a couple of weeks ago, where you had replies and I see you tagged in a couple of forum moderators, but they do not seem to have responded. No-one here can resolve your problem - all you can hope is that a forum mod will pass it on to the relevant department.

Open a case with Amazon- there will be a problem somewhere - maybe one of your other marketplaces?
Email the managing director and he'll forward your case on to someone on the team to look into it. Thats the only thing i can recommend, however if you have started a lawsuit then that changes things i'd assume
Write an email to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk they will get it resolved quickly.
I had the same issue and no one will reply to me it was very frustrating as customer support was not able to tell me what was the issue they will open up case but no progress, but after mail to MD I was contacted and asked to re-verify my address and after that issue was resolved and payment was released.
