l used to sell an asin months ago, but I stopped selling it now, but l received a Policy Compliance with the reason of Market Withdrawal but I believe that all products have gone
So what should l do

Sounds like you need to do some house cleaning. You should delete any SKU that you do not plan to restock. You are responsible for the listing as long as it shows in your inventory…even with zero stock.

Proactively reviewing your listings allows you to be the first to know of any issues and address them before it affects your account.

As @JwsMarket mentioned,

I recommend that you go through your entire inventory and fully delete any old or inactive ASINs that you are not selling. Simply closing the listing is not enough.

I can see that at this point that infraction has no impact on the account. Even so, you should follow the instructions sent when the listing was enforced and appeal this market withdrawal violation.
