Credit Report - ID checks

I have two ID checks on my credit report from Trulioo Information Services Inc (Id) through Amazon Services Europe Sarl (Ml) on 01/11 and 09/11

Surely I should have to agree to such checks being done? I know I am going through Seller Verification but have I missed something in the small print that allows this? One was done on the 29/7 and 03/06 as well?
