I have submitted invoices from sephora

Are you buying from a store as a retail customer? If so, as this is not an acceptable supply chain, your invoices are unlikely to be accepted.

The moment you buy an item from a shop, Amazon consider this item to be "2nd hand" you can not sell it as new. Other retailers, even Amazon are not considered to be acceptable. This is stated in the terms and conditions
