Private Label Product doesn't have featured offer

hi,

I have a private label product, I have a professional selling account and I use FBA. I still don’t have features offer . How come ?

No luck from talking to seller central help desk

Good Evening @Seller_QmxWJdjDP1EER - I just wanted to check in with you to see if you still need some assistance with figuring out why some of your listings are no longer eligible to be the featured offer?

If you have a Selling Partner Support case ID, I can begin investigating the issue more thoroughly.

I also have a few help pages about how to improve your chances of being the featured offer and why a listing may become ineligible.
