I've been trying to close my account down for a feel months now, to no success. I have downgraded my account to individual, removed all products and cleared all inventory, yet I am still being charged, and still not able to close my account.

I also await the 90 days they asked. Now I got the message "You can't close your account because you have balance" Then I actualized the payment otherwise I couldn't close it, then they charged me €298 from last year after asked the closure... and still don't let me clouse that $%@#.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I didn't know that i'll be charged fees we never knew about or agreed to even after I request closure and now we just want to be off the platform for good.

An amazon account manager called Ethan Smith helped to get us set up on Amazon, and was nothing but helpful, but since he's left we've been fully left in the lurch and are being charged fees we never knew about or agreed to, and now we just want to be off the platform for good. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!
