I recently received an email from Amazon stating that one of my child accounts has been suspended. The email mentioned the suspension was due to “providing inaccurate information to Amazon or violating the Conditions of Use.”
I am uncertain about the exact reason behind this suspension and would appreciate any guidance on understanding and resolving this issue. Additionally, when attempting to create a new child account, I am encountering a problem. During the verification process, Amazon requests a phone number for security purposes, but it is not accepting my number.
Could someone please advise on how to:
Appeal and reinstate the suspended account?
Successfully create a new child account, addressing the phone number issue?
