No Featured Offer

Hi

I have a pro seller account and 2000 ASINS on FBA which are supposedly not eligible to be a featured offer. The documentation states that ASINs in FBA are automatically eligible (which makes sense). I'm not complaining about the BB winning, I just want to be eligible. Is there something I'm missing?

Time.

Your German account has 1 customer review. Even as the only seller of your product, it can take several months to receive the Buy Box. FBA is not an automatic mechanism for this.

Eligible does not mean guaranteed. 😊
