Strange message from buyer
Hi Guys, received a strange message from a buyer, not sure if its some sort of scam, and I don’t understand what the a-z badfeedback and test order a-z review stuff is about, could anyone shed some light? thanks {Moderator Edit (Jessica): Image removed}

Amazon will tell you to ship as they cant act until a issue occurs, the plus side if you go onto deliver the item they have contacted first and you have the messages to protect yourself against any A-Z claims and negative feedback which is left, if you cancel the order there is a chance a repeat order will come in and they can still leave feedback if the order is cancelled.
I would be hitting the report message as spam button each time they reply and would send the order to the address which was on the order no alternative also would ensure using a fully tracked & signed service so you will likely end up with a delivery photo rather than a signature again just incase of a A-Z but it is your call and other may have a different opinion.

Remove your image as it show an address that can get your account closed.
The message is a threat of bad feedback so open a case get it registered and also report for address page and also point out it is a competitor trying to manipulate the catalogue.

so what should i do? i spoke to amazon online chat team, they just said speak the the customer and figure it out pretty much… is it definitely the other seller? and how did you guys know? i dont realy understand this amazon system how multiple people are allowed to list of someone else’s created listing, do they have any rights to get me off? and how do they plan to do that by placing an order?
