SP-API usage for development
I am new to SP API, and having trouble starting with SP-API. I have one question, is it necessary to have seller central account, if i want to develop apps using SP-API.

The latter states as follows:
You must register as a developer to create apps with SP-API. To register as a Selling Partner API developer, you must create a developer profile. If you decide to develop an application for your own selling account, Amazon Selling Partners (the appstore), or vendors, then you also must have a Professional Selling Plan.
