Our Primary Account user has been blocked and I am unable to contact Amazon Support due to limited permissions
Hi, My account administrator recieved this email:
"Hello,
We have removed your access to this account because the billing details for your Visa Card ending in 68 did not match the details on file with the card issuer. You will not be able to access your account or place orders with us until we confirm your information. We ask that you not open new accounts because any order that you place may be delayed.
To resolve this matter, please reply to this message including the below information:
– Name that appears on the card
– Billing address registered with the card issuer
– Phone number registered with the card issuer
Please be sure to reply from the email address that you registered to your Amazon.com account.
If you have recently moved, you may need to update your information with the card issuer before you reply to this message.
To protect your information, we restrict access to your payment information to a team of account specialists. Our Customer Service team can confirm that we sent this email, but they cannot view your statement or share more information about this matter. They can only verify that we sent this request.
Account Specialist"
He responded with the correct information but noone has responded. This has been the case for a couple of weeks now. I have an account but 0 permissions so can’t even create a support ticket.
Noone is responding to his messages and he can’t even log in anymore.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is it your card they are disputing - as the business owner and have you replied from the primary email account address ?
Presumably your account administrator just has a secondary user login ?

Looking at that screenshot, the email address is for business purchasing not a selling account?

At a guess (and with a brief google search) someone on your account has tried to buy something on Amazon using Sean’s bank card but as he isnt named on your account, the buying account has been locked for fraud hence the selling account gets locked too. I would suspect to resolve it you need to speak to customer services to have the account unlocked
