Is This a Scam Message? (Amazon customer Verification Serv ice)

I just received this message from our 'Buyer Messages' section.

I can't work out if it's a scam or not, it says 'From Amazon customer Verification Service'. So it's almost like a customer / scammer has set up an account called 'Verification Service'?

When we put in the link on our address bar it just takes us to some login to amazon seller but through a different link.

See message below we received:

We believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your account.

For your safety, we have provided a secure way with which you will re-open your account.

Please open this secured-link in your navigator:

{Moderator Edit (Maja) link removed}

If you don’t complete the account recovery within 48 hours, we will lock your amazon account.

I confirm that it is not a genuine message from Amazon to verify your account. Amazon will not send you messages regarding your account via the buyer - seller messaging system.
