fba discrepancies
Dear Amazon Community,
I would like to share my FBA discrepancies experience. I send a box amazon Fba with the shipment ID FBA17NFBBQ71. I sent 9 different sku 47 units. After waiting nearly 2 months, Amazon identifed only 2 units. It is really ridicoulous. The problem is I can not start even reconcialation. The shipment closed with a notice explaninng that "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed".
I am stopping to sell ON AMAZON. I CAN NOT BELİEVE. I OPENED SEVERAL CASE BUT GOT SAME GENERAL MASSAGES.

Just to quickly clarify, what issues are you running into when you try to reconcile the shipment? Have you received a reconciliation date for this shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would encourage you to read through this help page for more information and instructions on reconciling a shipment.
