Vendor Central Access

Hello fellow sellers,

We have an outstanding issue with undesirable creative contributions that are being pushed from our Vendor Central account. Our VC credentials disappeared with an employee that is no longer with our company, so we have no way of accessing our account.

Can you recommend any steps we can take to gain access to this account?

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Forums.

I understand that you are currently not able to access your vendor central account. In this case, I would suggest selecting Forgot Password on the log-in page. This will prompt you to enter the email address or mobile phone number associated with your Amazon vendor account. You may then receive a verification code to utilize to access your account. Once you have access to your account, you can re-set your credentials such as the password.

Same issue. A former employee set up the account and we no longer know the password or email address used.

Seller Central Support can't help, Vendor Central Support won't help.

How is there not a way to recover an account?
