Please Help/ Counterfeit Without a Test Buy issue
Hello. I did break one rule in Amazon by mistake as I am a new seller. I did dispatch 24 units to Amazon and I was selling on someone’s listing which was a brand… Now my listing is blocked and the units are stuck in FBA and I can’t create a removal order for them. I have to provide information and evidences to make active again my listing but I don’t have any evidence for the brand. I only have invoice, the supplier address etc… I did upload but they never accept it. This rule was [Counterfeit Without a Test Buy.
Now how can I solve this issue. I have been since in September trying to solve this with Amazon but I don’t have the proper documents and the brand

You would need to admit that you didn’t know what you were doing (and why you didn’t), and what you have now done to understand how to properly list items by following Amazon’s rules. A retraction from the complainant would also be very beneficial

Demel is right but I would also check if the complaint is right or a false accusation. Look at the trademark number in the IP violation email that Amazon sent you and check it via WIPO IP Portal to see if it is a registered brand and matches your listing’s brand. If it is not a legit violation of IP you could use the information on the WIPO and prove that you did not violate any brand’s rights.
