We are facing easy ship block issue on our account even seller support is not able to resolve this issue every time they said we have escalated this issue to our internal team.

Check if your GST Address mentioned in GST site matching with your Shipping address from where you are shipping the orders. It should exactly match word to word.

This error occurs when, your postal pincode isn't covered by amazon.
that is one of the rarest cases, in this case you can add an APOB in your GST and operated or give pickps from APOBs.
