How to open a Brand Support Case

How do I open a Brand Registry support case? I can’t see how to do this. If I open and case on seller central support they pass it to the Brand Registry. The Brand Registry team don’t look at it, only a bot seems to reply and it gets closed down. I can’t re open the case and I can’t feedback as they link goes to a ‘bad link’ page.
