FC Transhipment Process

Hello,

Does anybody know why I’d have less units of a product available for sale after it has cleared the FC Transhipment process? I sent 10 units to FCA, but after the products became listed after the Transhipment, only 8 units were available for order. I haven’t had any notifications of any orders, so I’m a little puzzled.

Check the following two places:

  • Inventory > Manage FBA Inventory to see whether any items are unfulfillable or reserved for some reason
  • Reports > FBA > Inventory > Inventory Event Details
