2 different shipments I sent to FBA warehouse were lost,
Amazon initially said that these packages had been received and were in the process of distribution,
They did not respond to cases for months,
Now they claim that they did not receive the units. I sent the POD document, the carrier proved that they delivered the package, and sent me the POD document, and Amazon initially said it received the package, but now denies it.

This package was sent almost 1.5 years ago, and I created a case for this shipment many times. However, they never pay attention to me and do not respond to cases.
Amazon keeps losing boxes and never pays for them.
I believe they received these units and sold them to customers secretly from me.
