Applying to sell CDs on the marketplace
I’m trying to get approval to list my CDs in the Music category. When I go to the application page it asks me to submit invoices but I’m not a business, I’m just selling my personal CD collection. I’ve had no problems listing my DVDs, games or books on the marketplace, do I need to be a business seller to sell CDs?

There are now multiple restrictions for ALL sellers of CD’s.on Amazon
You would probably be best listing your items on another site.

Amazon are not accepting new applications to sell in the CD category, if not previously approved to sell CD’s then you will struggle to get approved, there was a cull on CD sellers a few months back even those approved can be restricted on certain popular titles.
But yes, unless you can supply the requested invoices from established distributors, then you will also be blocked from selling used CD’s.

Amazon don’t want you to sell CDs on their site, they want you to sell them on other sites such as eBay.
