Account Verification issue and Selling Privileges on Hold
I urgently need help from the Amazon Verification Team.
Submitted my Passport (with maiden AND married name on) and recent Water Bill (with married name on).
Amazon insists surname on ID and Bill do not match.
Have opened cases and sent emails to explain and also attached driving licence (with married name) and wedding certificate... such a straightforward thing .. what more do you need and why is it taking forever?
I have been selling for many years via a Professional Account and cannot afford to have selling privileges on hold and units in FBA stranded.
Some real support from Amazon would be welcome!

As you say you have been selling on here for many years, you should know that unfortunately posting on here, the seller forum, will not get you any help from the Verification Team - they do not monitor the forum.
Only very occasionally will a forum mod intervene here, but not sure even what sort of help they can in this sort of case.....and you would need to tag them in for them to even notice the post.
Your verification will be all being done by bots who will obviously be seeing the mismatch between your maiden and married name.
Have you tried opening a case with seller support and asking them to escalate to a senior manager - could be worth a try. Good luck.
