Fake negative product reviews
Hi all, we have been targeted with a number of fake 1 star product reviews on our new products. We are confident that they are fake as we have received 3 x 1 star reviews on a brand new product with zero returns and all the reviews are from unverified customers (one of which is called Mr Scam). We have tried to report it to Amazon but we keep getting the same response on how to report another seller which is not what we need. Has anyone ever successfully had any product reviews taken down or had there products made so that only verified customers can review them?

Actually, they are called Mrs Cam
You may be right, as you do have two 1 star reviews and those customers also left a 1 star review on some similar products the same day.
But all you can do is report the reviews - though you would be hard pushed to prove they are fake. Even if they are unverified, they could have purchased from your own website. There is no way to limit reviews to verified purchases.
