Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my FBA shipment and need some advice.

On November 22, 2024, I shipped 13 boxes via DHL to an Amazon fulfillment center (split into two shipments). However, three boxes from one of the shipments have not been received by Amazon.

I submitted DHL’s POD (Proof of Delivery) and the invoice to request reimbursement, but Amazon responded:

“We have completed a second investigation and confirmed that we have not received the missing three boxes. The shipment has been audited and verified.”

The problem is that DHL’s POD clearly shows the shipment was successfully signed for. If Amazon didn’t receive it, then where did these three boxes go?

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? How can I further appeal to Amazon or track this with DHL? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

All the products in our store lost all the linked buyboxes on December 7, and have been looking for Amazon experts to communicate with us for more than two weeks hoping to recover all our linked buyboxes but have not gotten any effective help, can you please tell me if anyone else is experiencing a similar situation now, we've been waiting for half a month now and there's no way to keep on waiting, can anyone help me?
