FBA Return Switcharoo But No LPN Was Provided
We recently received a FBA return from Amazon that was a switcheroo but did not include an LPN number. We created reimbursement request case ID 15322489331 with Amazon Support who responded by requesting the standard information (removal order number, photos of the product, LPN number, etc.) We informed Amazon Support that a LPN number was not included with the return. Amazon continued to respond with the same canned response requesting the LPN number, and after a few back and forth messages where I informed them there was no way to give them the LPN number because Amazon did not include it they closed the case citing the required information was not provided. We need to be reimbursed for this customer swap, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
