How do you list product twice but first listing is 1 product seconds is 2x
Have product already listed as one single product but want to have another listing as 2x and 10x, I see other sellers do this, I know you need different Asins. So do you just put the item through as a 2x on listing?
I dont want the listing to have variations inside the listings.

You'd need a completely new ASIN yes.
If you are using barcodes - then you need a new EAN and create a new listing that way.
There should be an attribute called pack size that could be different, and you'd obviosuly need new photos to show multiples of the product etc.
Are you doing FBA or FBM?

create a duplicate of the sku, with a new sku.
Download the template that allows you to create MOQ minimum order quantity of 2 units. Use the sku you created in the step above.
Update the info in the template and upload.
After the designated 15mins you will see the two offers on a single asin. One for a single purchase and another for minimum 2units purchased

You need to follow "Amazon Bulk Services: Creating a Package Hierarchy":

Good luck, I've been trying for weeks without success and support has been awful!
