Featured Offer glitch
My Featured Offer percentage has been at 0% for over a month now. I have over 100 items listed and I have noticed I have the featured offer on some products therefore I know my percentage cannot be 0, so this is inaccurate.
I have noticed a significant decrease in the amount of featured offers I have along with a significant decrease in sales.
Also when I go to my manage inventory page the featured offer price may show $10.00 for example but when I go to the product page the ACTUAL featured offer price will be $9.50. If you use automate pricing this is a serious issue because the price is changing according to what shows on your manage inventory page not the ACTUAL featured offer price. Therefore my price is staying above the featured offer price enough to not get the featured offer. It appears there is some type of glitch with the featured offer for over a month now and it appears to be a domino affect.
I hope they do something about this soon because some of us can’t sustain the financial burden of the low sales.

I opened a case on this and after 5 messages sent to support they still don’t understand what the problem is.
I have been going in daily to change my price because the automate pricing is going in line with the featured offer on the manage inventory page and not the actual featured offer price.
I just saw this today.

The problems are not fixed!
Can anyone help with this issue? Amazon support can’t seem to understand what the actual problem is. I simply am being told how to be eligible for the featured offer.

I am facing same problem since last 6 days. Sudden drop of featured offer to zero and support is not helping at all. Yeah i noticed it too i get very few sales so it can't be zero but overall sale is almost nothing compared to 6 days ago.
I think it is somehow related to bank account update due to INFORM act. it dropped to zero same day when i updated bank details. Did you made any changes which you thing can't affect it when it happens ?
