Inbound shipping costs with UPS suddenly broken?

About a week ago, all of my UPS only elligible shipments suddenly balloned in cost. Usually, the costs were tapered at 10-14-20KGs, but now, for my shipments in my standard 56-59-40 boxes, no matter what weight I put, from 1KG all the way up to max 23KG, is charging me 4.52.

Im having difficulties in sorting this out, with SS passing me on to UPS, and them saying I'm Amazon's customer, not theirs, so passing me back. It's about to be busy season and I dont want to be paying 50%+ more in shipping costs for my inbound shipments.

Has anyone else come across this glitch? Ive had two palls in different regions of the UK test a dummy shipment of just 14KG with the same measurements, they get 3.06, and a third seller who is based in the same post code, and she also doesent get 4.52. Its like my account is suddenly broken and every shipment, regardless of the weight, is being charged full 23KG costs...

THIS IS WHAT I GOT FROM AMAZON

"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

We understand your request regarding the FBA inbound fees charged to you differently compared with other sellers and price remains same for all categories of weight and packages.

The FBA inbound fee structure is being redesigned to focus on placement strategy and seller behavior rather than just weight.

The fees will be based on multiple factors including: the number of shipment splits, inbound cluster location, placement strategy, and dimensions of the item.

This change aims to improve cost transparency and encourage more efficient supply chain practices.

The new fee structure will charge sellers based on their actual inbound behavior and whether they follow the planned placement strategy.

For example, if sellers deviate from their planned shipment splits or send items to different regions than planned, they will be charged according to their actual actions rather than just item weight. This approach helps Amazon recover costs associated with inventory distribution while incentivizing sellers to optimize their inbound practices.

This strategic shift allows Amazon to be more transparent with sellers about actions they can take to reduce end-to-end supply chain costs."

Hi @Seller_EkGoiphKgUnUI,

Thank you for reaching out about this and for your patience here! I'm just coming across this thread and wanted to check in with you, has there been any updates to your shipping costs since posting?

If you believe you are still encountering an error with your costs, can you please send me your Seller Support case IDs for this? I'd be happy to take a further look into those correspondences to see how I can best help here.

Thanks again,

Jameson

I don't understand this. I get the same message.

We all know that DPD take boxes this size.

My old typical boxes were 60x40x60 which is too big for DPD.
