Sign in issues OPT number

I’ve come here first instead of SS as I’ll most likely actually get an answer/resolve the problem.
Recently I have had to sign in every single time I come on to seller central and enter the OTP!
It is not remembering me or ignoring my request to stay signed blah blah blah!
This is happening on all of our pc’s both at the shop and home, so it appears to be an account thing/issue/
meaning I have to be about for the OTP number! im constantly getting staff (and wife) 'have you got the OTP)

any suggestions? or do I really have to contact SS and get passed top 345 different departments and then be told they are looking into it for the next 18 yrs before just closing the account because a unicorn tried to buy a water bag?

According to my own experience, most issues like this have something to do with the browser which you are using.

Firstly, try clearing your cache and cookies and if this doesn’t work then check if there is a newer version of your browser available so you can upgrade.

Because the Seller Central often doesn’t work properly when you aren’t using the latest version of your browser.

Here you will find the list of supported browsers depending on your computer type:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/help.html/?itemID=G21361&ref_=ag_G21361_h_r0_cont_sgsearch

Supported desktop browsers:

Mozilla Firefox: Latest version

Internet Explorer: 11

Google Chrome: Latest version

Apple Safari: Latest version

Edge: Latest version

We get that sometimes.
It’s a Cache/Cookie problem so just clear that in your browser.
Clear them and then login in and it will be fine.
