I want to make labels on my own without any assistance of prep centre and want amazon service to collect them from my end. Can someone please tell me Is it possible. How can I do it?

do you mean you want Amazon to collect labels from you? Or do you mean you want Amazon to collect your shipment from you?

You don't need a 3rd party prep centre.
Assuming you are talking about applying FNSKU labels then you can do this yourself. You just need a printer and the correct labels.
You can also have the shipments picked up from your premises. For most people UPS partnered carrier is normally the easiest and cheapest to use
