My account was deactivated due to VAT ID issue. Now when I am submitting, Amazon says I do not have a selling account!?

My account was deactivated due to VAT ID issue. Now when I am submitting, Amazon says I do not have a selling account!?

Hello,

Last month Amazon deactivated my account stating that "your selling account has failed the business establishment verification process that is associated with your value-added tax (VAT)".

I sent them some questions and documents to verify as the issue was unclear to me. Later after researching I understood what what required. Now when I have the documents and when I am submitting appeal to review documents and reactivate my account, Amazon is sending me this message:

"We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not open a selling on Amazon account.

Why did I receive this message?

You cannot sell on Amazon.co.uk and Amazon European stores if you do not have a selling on Amazon account."

I am assuming they have restricted the account and are not helping now. Can anyone please guide me how to request Amazon to reconsider the documents I am submitting?
