Possible Pricing Error

Has anyone else noticed pricing decreasing, automatically in the last 24 hours?

I have had 3 different ASIN's completely randomly reduce price over the past 24 hours and tonight,, one ASIN's price just randomly changed to £1.26 tonight when the price should have been £9.99

I have no pricing software active and am also not enrolled in Amazon's automatic pricing so have no idea what's going on.

Thanks

Please add your voice to the other, earlier thread reporting the same, just to give it some momentum: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/seller-forums/discussions/t/010b1755-2ab4-4955-82c4-dfce3b00fa01.

This is a serious bug, which from all accounts appears as wholly caused by Amazon. I hope you haven't had any loss incurring sales.

Hi we have noticed since around 15.30pm today that they are referencing featured offer price with random shipping amounts which is causing chaos but only on FBA listings!! Tomorrow will be fun as many sellers unaware, we have sold hundreds of lines at 50p to £1.00...I hope they compensate us fast and for all the work to replace the stock...

Note I have tried for hours to work a fix but nothing I can do as its moving on and off listings..

This is an absolute disaster. We sold hundreds of items around 5-6 pm yesterday as Bqool repricer removed the shipping fee from our price. The error is caused by Amazon sending additional shipping in the API feed.

I was selling £6 items for 67p. Once the fees hit I will be losing £2-3 a sale. And we had over 300 sales. DISASTER. Lost money on each sale and no stock left, which I now have to buy again with the money I don't have.

We turned off the repricer and uploaded a new mid price every 30 mins until 10pm. We now have poor sales, no repricer and inaccurate sales rates. With over 3000 sku's to price. Bqool customer support were useless as always. We will now leave them.

I am almost 100% sure Amazon will say they are protected as we used an outside company for repricing and Bqool will be covered as they will blame Amazon.

You should link this page to the "main thread" when replying to a moderator on that main thread, so they can use your example to help investigate this issue and help prevent it happening again.

Anyone manage to get a positive response from Amazon SS on this? I tried to get them to take responsibility and was told where to go...
