Seller Verification - Change to Legal Entity

Hi,

I'm trying to change my account over from being registered as an individual to be under the new legal entity I set up (my bad, I registered wrong in the first place).

In the identity information page I've been trying to enter my information (UTR number, company name, company number etc.) and submit my documents. However, when I press submit for verification the page just loops back and asks for the same information again. I'm stuck in the "verification loop"

I've been in contact with seller support but they've predictably been completely useless, they're just telling me to submit the information properly (I am). Are the mods able to do something behind the scenes to assist? I have seen old threads where you've supported with this before. Please advise

Could one of you help please?

I'm unable to start selling the products I've sourced until this is sorted, and so until this is fixed Amazon currently is holding £3k of my stock hostage (which is a lot for me, since I'm starting out).

I am happy to cooperate quickly to get verified properly and have all my documents to hand, but without help I will lose all of this, and that will naturally be very disappointing.

Grateful for any help.

Can you confirm:

1) if the details I’ve submitted are at least under review by the relevant team

2) if there was some issue, is there anything you can do to fix on your side so I can go through the process.

I tried yet again today to submit my information and got this same response back:

Every time I submit information I get this exact email. There is no confirmation that my submissions are actually under review. It still looks like I’m stuck in a loop

It’s coming up to two months since my first email from Amazon about this verification now. I’m very worried I will be suspended for not providing information in time, when I’ve been desperately trying to provide this and comply with Amazon policy.

At the very least, please confirm that none of this time has counted towards the 60 day deadline to complete verification. If it has counted, I will have to escalate as a suspension would be very disappointing given how willing I am to provide what’s needed. My submission isn’t wrong.

If it’s under review and I just need to be patient then fine, but I just want peace of mind as I want to maintain access to my account - especially since this appears to be an issue on Amazon’s side and nothing to do with me.

I’m very happy to provide anything you need to sort this. I apologise for sounding frustrated but I do appreciate your help

I've just had my selling privileges suspended through no fault of my own because of this which is incredibly disappointing

I created a removal order for my stock (only 120 units) a few days ago in case this happened because I don't want to pay storage fees while this gets sorted. Can you confirm that this removal order will still get processed?

The exact wording of the email I received is:

“Your Amazon EU and UK seller account(s) have been temporarily deactivated and your listings have been removed because we have not been able to verify your identity and business information within 60 days of our first outreach to you. Continue to ship open orders and respond to buyer enquiries to avoid further impact to your account. We have previously requested information/documentation to verify your Selling on Amazon payment account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds disbursement eligibility policy : https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/external/G9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6”

The exact wording of the email I received is:

“Your Amazon EU and UK seller account(s) have been temporarily deactivated and your listings have been removed because we have not been able to verify your identity and business information within 60 days of our first outreach to you. Continue to ship open orders and respond to buyer enquiries to avoid further impact to your account. We have previously requested information/documentation to verify your Selling on Amazon payment account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds disbursement eligibility policy : https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/external/G9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6”
