Amazon Vine Orders Pending Status

Hello,

I've enrolled 1 ASIN in Amazon Vine, 9 units out of 10 units were claimed, however, none of them have been shipped out yet.

The Order Status of all of them continues to be "Pending Awaiting payment verification".

The oldest Vine order was placed on 15/09/2024, and the newest on 16/09/2024.

I've contacted Amazon Support, but they keep on telling me:

"The order has not shipped because we haven’t received payment authorisation from the buyer. We were unable to authorise the buyer’s payment method. We have notified the buyer and are trying to secure payment authorisation. The buyer has been notified that the order can’t be completed until their payment information has been updated.

If we cannot verify the payment method within 21 days of the sale date, we will cancel the order and the item will be “Fulfillable” in your Inventory Amazon Fulfils page."

I find it very strange that all the Vine buyers haven't provided Amazon payment authorization.

I think the issue is that when we enrolled the ASIN in Vine, the product's launch date was in the future, and after the units had been claimed in Vine, we changed the launch date to the past, so the listing could be selling and shipping orders. (I've explained this theory to Amazon support, however, they seem to ignore it.)

After changing the launch date we created one MCF order, and it was delivered without issues.

I would have no problems with waiting 21 days, but we're paying storage fees, and we will not start selling before we get reviews from Vine.

I also don't know why nobody is claiming the remaining 1 unit on Vine if the remaining 9 units got claimed very quickly.

i've noticed the time of the post which is 1 month ago so figured its a good time to ask.

Im 2 weeks and a few days since purchasing the 2-10 VINE package and only have got 2 reviews.

Did it take a while for your full review count to come in?
