Asked on behalf of a friend, submitted an appeal has not been reviewed
My friend’s store was disabled by mistake, and the submitted information has not been reviewed. I contacted the account support team and the reply was “the account appeal path is wrong”. If the account is not in violation of regulations, it has been deactivated by mistake. After submitting the appeal, the reply received is “The appeal path is wrong, this mailbox does not receive this email.” It’s normal, the products are all displayed on sale, but the account front desk has indeed been disabled, please help
