High Return Shipping Cost - What’s Going On?
Hi everyone,
I recently received a return request for an item priced at $48.81, but the return shipping cost charged on Amazon is showing as $34.56. (First created label to ship to customer from shipstation was $8 or so.) This seems extremely high, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
The item isn’t particularly large or heavy, so I’m confused as to why the return shipping fee is so steep. Does anyone know how Amazon calculates these return shipping costs? Is there something I might have missed in my settings or product category that’s causing this?

I’d appreciate any insights or advice on how to address this issue. Thanks in advance!
