Help with trying to ungate the brand

Hi

Can someone please help me with my issue. Actually I purchased a branded product from a registered supplier and applied to ungate that product. I provided the invoice as well to Amazon but unfortunately they didn't approve my it and requested the complete chain from the supplier which they can't provide as the supplier explained me it's confidential. I contacted the Amazon team 3 to 4 times as I applied for the same product for many times but they still demand the whole supplier's chain documents. Have somebody faced the same issue. Kindly help me .

Are you purchasing 10 units from an actual wholesaler not retailer?

Is the invoice final and not a pro-forma invoice?

Is the supplier authorised to distribute the product?

Whoever you bought from (please don't say it was another seller on Amazon!) is not who Amazon recognise at the official wholesaler of the product so to prove they genuine is asking you to prove a supply chain back to the brand itself or their recognised wholesaler. You will need a copy of your suppliers invoice and maybe their supplier until the chain goes back to the source Amazon recognises, it's worth noting the suppliers can redract the pricing it the supplier Amazon is looking to establish not the price paid.

My recommendation would be to follow up with the supplier directly. Once our partner team receives a response from them, they'll be able to take appropriate action on your account based on the supplier's feedback.
