Amazon fba selling without amazon brand registry?
hi, i am new seller on amazon. I have a question. I haven’t registered any brand ( trade mark) yet an d I am looking to start selling on amazon fab. is there is any sort of exemption , if yes can someone help me through. because i am dyslexic . I do struggle to understand through amazon guidelines.
I will be big help. because I am just starting so don’t want to register straight away. but I next couple of months I have a plan to register a trade mark

Are you selling your own private label goods that you design and manufacture/or have manufactured for yourself ?
Or are you buying from someone else ?

hi, thanks for replying . yes I am manufacturing them , I mean getting them made from supplier on given specification. also I am using my own Label/colour and design aswell. because its very small quantity. I don’t want to spend money straight away on trademark.

hi, thanks all for your help. I have received an email for seller support, they have advised me to us apply for gain exemption. is it worth applying for that, if later on i plan to register a brand. will I be able to switch it ?
