Identify verification help PLEASE!

Hello, my account has been deactivated & was told I need to verify my identity (see email screenshot below). I’m a new UK seller who hasn’t begun selling yet. It stated that I need to log into the US account then do the identity verification but when I attempt to login to the US account I see the following message “while we verify your credit or debit card, you can start exploring the seller central of the European Union.” This means I can’t even access the US account to schedule the video call.

How long does this credit / debit verification usually take?

Or, is there another way to schedule the video call with an Amazon associate? As I’m ready to verify my identity to finish my account setup.
