Click and Drop Royal Mail
Hello everyone.
I’m using Click and Drop with RM24 RM48 Tracked.
It’s coming more order now and I just go printing and putting in the bags for next day collection. Today as no royal mail collection due strikes, for some reason the manifest goes through automatic.
How can I cancel this for make just one manifest on Monday and don’t mix parcels.

You can cancel the manifest here.
Note that doing so will render all your labels invalid, so you will need to generate new labels for all your items

This don’t help. I was looking something to cancel in the click drop app.
In this I have to fill a form to RM. and they you take some time to answer.

Royal Mail said they were trying to deliver Royal Mail tracked as normal .
You could have dropped it off at the delivery / collection office .
Sorry late advice ,might help for next round of strikes though .
They don’t normal charge for Royal Mail 24 tracked till it goes through the system as they are meant to collect it from you .
So please don’t worry it will be ok
