Section 3 - Inauthenticity Concerns

29/01/2026 - I received a section 3 on my account regarding a Jellycat product. All units of the asin were purchased through Authorised distributors of the brand: Harrods and Fenwick (reputable UK suppliers)

Since then I’ve submitted multiple appeals with all documents required:

VATInvoices, order confirmation emails, delivery confirmation emails, tracking details showing delivery, bank statements.

Every time it gets rejected although having provided all documents necessary.

27/02/2026 - I successfully completed a video virtual interview confirming my identity and providing live documents proving supply chain authenticity of my products.

Since then I’ve contacted health support specialist an they have raised further internal reviews as it had been more than 7 days since the video interview and have got no response

14/07/2026 - no response from both internal reviews and no response from video virtual interview. Account health specialist keeps saying to wait 3-5 business days but it passes and no response occurs.

I have provided all necessary documents and more to prove supply chain and the authenticity of the product asin requested. Appeals get rejected with no reason as to why and virtual interview has got no response for 15 days.

Has anyone who’s successfully beaten a section 3 got any tips to help with the appeal?

Harrods iirc is a retail outlet so non wholesaler and so is Fenwick after a quick goggle (dept store) so your invoices will not be accepted as genuine invoices so will be regarded as fraudulant. If you have stock in FBA then your cattled if you have it as FBM look elsewhere to dispose of such as Ebay etc.

You have purchased these items from retail outlets not wholesale distributors so they should be sold as used like new at very best.

There is nothing you can do to win this appeal

Prove to Amazon it is ok to buy retail now according to Amazon. (you may like to tag in Dougal on that other thread to sort out your issue!)

Dougal will need the Case Number to try and rectify for you.
