Requesting positive reviews is under review by Amazon. How should I write an appeal letter?
My shop was warned because I asked buyers for positive reviews. After writing three appeal letters, Amazon did not approve my review. The request was: Examples of prohibited IDs sent via the message platform for buyers and sellers. I don't quite understand what these IDs and messages are. I provided all the order numbers and emails exchanged with the buyers, but Amazon still rejected me. Have any other sellers encountered the same problem? Please help me. Thank you very much.

Hi @Seller_S8s9CGChO0ysI, thank you for your message.
Firstly, I would advise you to investigate to find the exact message where you asked for positive review and provide ID of this message. From there, you can understand the root cause of the violation.
In the appeal you would need to provide the root cause, corrective measures that you took and preventative steps for the future in order to avoid this situation again.
As per Amazon's policies, review solicitations that ask for only positive reviews or that offer compensation are prohibited.
Please let us know how it goes.
